Request to Delete Your PayX Account

We are committed to ensuring your data privacy and giving you control over your account. If you wish to delete your PayX account and associated data, you can follow the steps outlined below. Please note that deleting your account will result in the permanent loss of your data, except for certain legal or regulatory obligations that may require us to retain specific data for a limited period.

Steps to Delete Your Account

To request account deletion, please follow these steps:

• 1. Log in to the PayX app.
• 2. Navigate to the more : menu on the top right on the App bar.
• 3. Click on Delete Account.
• 4. Confirm your decision.
• 5. You will receive a confirmation email once the request has been processed.

Data Retention and Deletion

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently erased from our systems:

• Personal Information: Your name, email, phone number, and any associated personal data.
• Usage Data: All app usage analytics and associated data will be erased.

Please note that some data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes, such as basic business details, which will be retained for a limited time as required by law.
